Physician's Choice, the gut-health supplement brand founded by Logan Chierotti in 2017, is on pace to exceed $300 million in revenue this year, according to the company. The Arizona-based brand has expanded from a digitally native Amazon seller into a mass-retail presence spanning Walmart, Target, CVS, Sam's Club and iHerb, with the company reporting more than 70,000 retail points of distribution.

The brand claims the top probiotic position on Amazon and cites SPINS and Amazon combined data covering December 2025 through May 2026 as the basis for its broader claim as the number-one probiotic and enzyme brand by per-unit sales. On TikTok Shop alone, the company reports more than 2.2 million units sold through its official storefront, a figure that underscores the role social commerce has played alongside its traditional retail push. Its product portfolio spans probiotics, digestive enzymes, fiber supplements and broader gut-health offerings, all positioned, per the company, as physician-developed and third-party tested.

Chierotti, who serves as founder and chief executive, has described the brand's founding premise as providing clinically dosed formulas at accessible price points, developed alongside a scientific advisory board that includes gastroenterologists, an OB/GYN and naturopathic physicians. The company says it works with ingredient suppliers including Kaneka, Bio-Cat, ADM and Aptar, and that its manufacturing facilities carry NSF cGMP and FSSC 22000 certifications.

Why it matters

A digitally native supplement brand crossing $300 million in annual revenue would place Physician's Choice among a very small group of independent supplement companies at that scale. The trajectory illustrates how a brand can use Amazon dominance as a proof-of-concept before negotiating shelf space with major mass and drug retailers, a playbook that compresses the timeline from online niche to mainstream category leader. It also signals that gut health has matured from a specialty wellness segment into a core consumer staple, with enough category volume to support a brand at this revenue level without a private equity recapitalization or acquisition making headlines.

What to watch

The open question is whether Physician's Choice can defend its Amazon ranking and TikTok momentum simultaneously as larger supplement incumbents and incoming challenger brands invest more aggressively in both channels. Category leadership on a single platform can erode quickly when shelf fee pressures mount at retail and algorithm-driven discovery shifts on social, so how the company allocates its growth capital between online and physical trade will define whether the $300 million pace becomes a floor or a ceiling.
